24-Hour Accelerator

Turn your boldest idea into something real — in 24 hours.

One focused day. A small group of operators, builders and mentors. You arrive with a bold idea — you leave with a working prototype, a validated concept and a pitch sharp enough to put in front of real people.

What it is

One day. One bold idea. Real momentum.

The 24-Hour Accelerator compresses what usually takes months into a single focused sprint — designed to get your idea out of your head and into the world.

01

Frame the bet

Strip the idea to its sharpest form. Define the user, the problem and the smallest thing that would prove it real.

02

Build the prototype

Pair with builders and designers to ship a working artefact — a landing page, a flow, a tool — not a deck.

03

Pitch to a real room

Close the day in front of operators, investors and educators. Get honest, useful feedback you can act on.

Who it's for

For people who'd rather build than wait.

Founders with conviction

You've been sitting on the idea long enough. Stop refining the deck — ship the thing.

Intrapreneurs inside organisations

Move at startup speed for a day. Bring the prototype back with proof, not opinions.

Educators with a venture idea

Translate the classroom insight into a product or service that can reach more people.

Senior students & graduates

Test what it actually feels like to build something real, with people who've done it.

What you walk away with

By dinner, you'll have more than an idea.

A working prototype

Not a mock. Something a real user can interact with.

A validated concept

Real signal from real people — what to keep, kill or change.

A pitch that lands

Sharp narrative, clear ask, ready to put in front of partners.

A mentor network

Direct access to operators who've shipped ventures at scale.

From the room

Builders who left with more than they came with.

I came in with a vague idea I'd been chewing on for a year. I left with something I could actually show people. The shift was night and day.

Amara O.
Founder, ed-tech pilot

The pressure was the point. Twenty-four hours forced decisions we'd been avoiding for months — and most of them turned out to be right.

James R.
Head of Innovation, MAT

The mentors didn't pull punches. By the end of the day my pitch was sharper, my product was simpler, and I knew exactly what to do next.

Questions

Everything you'd want to know.

What's the format — online or in person?

Cohorts run in person in the UK. We bring everyone into one room for the full 24 hours so the energy, mentorship and feedback loops actually work.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by cohort and includes mentorship, materials, food and the closing showcase. Waitlist members get first access and early-bird pricing.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Cohorts are deliberately mixed — founders, builders, designers and educators. You'll be paired with the skills your idea needs.

Who runs it?

SF Education Group, together with operators and investors who've built and scaled ventures in education, technology and human potential.

What kind of ideas are a fit?

Anything you can prototype in a day — education, learning, wellbeing, productivity, community. If it's bold and helps people, bring it.

When's the next cohort?

Dates are released to the waitlist first. Join below and we'll be in touch as soon as the next one opens.
