My journey to where I am today, has been filled with personal challenges that have provided me with invaluable opportunities to grow.  I have faced financial hardship, been through dysfunctional relationships, disconnection from my family, homelessness etc.  One of the most vital parts of that journey has been about exploring how my past has shaped the person I am today. I can definitely attribute my success to the meaning I have given what I have experienced; my willingness to understand who I am; why I am here and the many different ways in which I can fulfil my purpose.

INTUITIVE COACH

Dionne  has worked in the personal development sector since 1999. She is a qualified master practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.  She also holds a Post-graduate diploma in Careers counselling and guidance, and holds a national careers guidance qualification - Diploma in Careers guidance Part 1 and 2.

Dionne is a gifted coach and is very intuitive, which enables her to connect with each individual in a unique way.  She currently works from Natureworks (in London) as her coaching base.  With around thirty+ other well-known international therapists.

ENTREPRENEUR & BUSINESS OWNER

Dionne is an entrepreneur and has run two businesses.  Her first business was Nappy Cakes UK for which she won several Awards.  Her products were sold in Selfridges and the Portland Hospital, in London.

Solid Foundations was founded in 2002 as a personal development and educational consultancy.  Dionne started trading in 2005 after deciding that she wanted to commit her working life to the personal and spiritual development learning and teaching.  

"I had to make a choice between running a potentially successful business or starting a new business that I was really passionate about.   It was not an easy choice, however, I knew that in the long run Solid Foundations was the right choice for me."

SUCCESS FORMULA MAGAZINE

Dionne has joined forces with the founder of this new personal development magazine.  She is promoting the magazine, contributing articles and interviewing people from all walks of life, who have produced success their way.

        

WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE

Careers Adviser: Dionne has worked with young people in a variety of settings, in London inner city boroughs.  As a careers adviser she worked in schools, to assist students with career choices; encouraging them to aspire to achieve their true potential.

Teenage Pregnancy Inclusion Manager: As a project manager of a teenage pregnancy inclusion project.   She worked to assist with the reintegration of pregnant school girls and school age parents into education.  She worked on this project for 3 years and contributed to governmental policy relating to this area.

Inclusion Officer:  Dionne worked in a pupil referral unit to assist with improving the attendance and welfare of the young people that attended the south London based centre.  This challenging role involved work with parents and carers.  As well as one-to-one work with young people who had been excluded from school; young people in social services care; and those who had become disengaged and from their families, education and society in general.

 

WORK IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES

Young Impact Performers: Fulfilling the role of the Funding and Development Director was Dionne's role in Young Impact Performers.  This sister company of Impact Dance (run by Hakeem Onibudo) www.impactdance.com  provided training and performance opportunities for young people in the performing arts industries.  Dionne founded the company with four other Directors.

Star Academy:  During 2004 Dionne had the pleasure of assisting with the organisation of the Star Academy in Peckham, South London.  With over 1000 young people in attendance, Dionne played the crucial role of planner and judge.

 

REIKI HEALING LEVEL 1 & 2

Dionne was attuned to Reiki in 2004 and is a practitioner to level 2. In 2007 Dionne was attuned to Dimensional Reiki level 1, 2 and 3.
